Apple's website offers most of the same low prices you get when you visit our store on campus. In-store specials and custom setups are not included on the website.
- Use Apple's website to configure your new computer system or
get prices on peripheral equipment and Apple software.
- Save your proposal and print it out. (Saving
your proposal on Apple's website does not place your order)
- Please note that quotes will expire. Please bring your quote
by as soon as possible to secure your price.
- If you are a UT student, faculty, or staff bring your printed
proposal to our store in the University Center to order your
new Apple equipment or software.
- If you purchase a computer online (through Apple's UT site), but would like us to custom configure a Bootcamp or Parallels setup, please bring your unopened computer to the computer store. The setup costs $125 (plus the price of software).
- If the computer is opened, we will reformat the hard drive before setting up the computer. Any files not backed up at that time will be lost.
- Setups will only be done on computers purchased through the Computer Store or the UT page on Apple's site. Computer must be brought unopened to the Computer Store within 14 days of purcahse. Priority will be given to computers purchased directly from the Computer Store.
- If you are purchasing an Apple computer for your department,
you will need to sign a hardware request form. After you submit
your order we will fax or email you an already completed hardware
form that would require an authorized signature. Normally this
is the person that is submitting the order. After the document
is signed please fax it back to us at 865-974-3668. If you prefer
to fill this out yourself you may do so here http://oit.utk.edu/hardware/orderform.html.
Once this is accomplished you can fax the form directly to us.

Apple Repair

Computer Store is an Apple Authorized Repair Center. This means
that we have trained personnel on staff that can handle Apple repairs
on both in-warranty and out-of-warranty Apple computers. |

- We are unable to accept the Apple credit card
at this store. If you are interested in the Apple Loan you will
need to have the funds transferred to your account. This process
could take 5 to 7 business days. When you apply online there
is an option to have MBNA transfer your funds directly into your
bank account. A transaction fee may apply. Once the funds have
been transferred you can come into our store and make your Apple
purchase.
