- Since the fall semester of 2005, laptops will be required for sophomores, juniors, and seniors majoring in the programs of Aerospace, Biomedical, Chemical, Industrial, Materials Science, Mechanical, and Nuclear Engineering. Sophomores, juniors, and seniors majoring in Civil, Computer, and Electrical Engineering may own either a laptop or a desktop computer.
