2 - Photocopy your ID Card

We would prefer a copy of your student ID card from your respective campus. However, we understand this is not always available and will accept a copy of another form of picture ID (i.e. Driver's License).

3 - Attain Enrollment Verification

You can obtain enrollment verification in a variety of ways depending on which campus you attend classes. We need proof that you are a currently enrolled, fee-paying student on a UT campus. You can send us a copy of your fee paid receipt for the current semester AND a copy of your current class schedule. Please be sure that it is obvious that your fee receipt AND schedule are tied together. Your best option is to get some sort of verification on official letterhead.

For example:

• UT Chattanooga - Enrollment verification can be obtained with an official UT stamp on it from the Records Office in room 128 of Hooper Hall. You can also get an enrollment verification online through your OneNet account. After logging in to OneNet, Enrollment Verification Services is listed on the left side of the screen.
• UT Memphis - Enrollment verification can be obtained with an official UT stamp on it from the Enrollment Services Office in Suite 119 of Randolph Building.
• UT Knoxville - Distance Ed - Print out your current schedule and fee paid statement from Circle Park Online using your PIN.

Alternative Method of Verification
A fast and convenient way of verifying your enrollment is to use the National Student Clearinghouse. Most of the schools in Tennessee have supplied the necessary data to this clearinghouse. This method does require that you pay a fee, usually $2.50 per verification. Once you enter your information they will provide you with a document. Send us that document along with a photo ID.

4 - Submitting Order

There are three ways you can submit your order to us:

• Fax all applicable forms to 865-974-3668. Keep in mind that there might be forms in the download that do not apply to your order. If it does not apply do not fax it to us. You may write your credit card number on the form with your mailing address and other information on it. Alternately, you may leave your phone number and we will call you back to get the credit card number.
• Email a scanned copy of the forms with your signature on it. Be sure to include your phone number so we can call you back to obtain your credit card number.
• Mail your order to order to us. Please send all four pages of the microsoft agreement, a photocopy of your ID, and your enrollment verification to the following address:

We will send you:

• the software
• a copy of the license agreement with the Master Agreement Numbers entered
• a receipt

5 - Payment

You may pay by personal check made payable to "UT Bookstore". We do not accept checks from a commercial or business account, you may also pay with a money order, or with a credit card (MasterCard or VISA). If you use a credit card to make your purchase, we recommend that you call your credit card information in to us after you fax the required paperwork: (865) 974-2930.
