There are two ways in which you can order your Dell Product, either locally at our campus store or via UT's store on Dell's website.
Ordering Locally
In an effort to better serve our customers we offer a few select models of Dell through our store. These machines will be ordered, paid for, and ship through the store. This allows our faculty and staff the ability to do payroll deductions. These models include Dell's Business line of machines, their Latitude laptops and Optiplex desktops, as well as a limited selection of Inspiron and XPS systems.

As with all machines sold in-store, we offer RAM upgrades and basic software setup services. Prices fluctuate often, so give us a call at (865) 974-2930 or e-mail us at uccs@tennessee.edu for details.
Ordering Online
You are also able to purchase Dell machines via our own store on their website, but it is only available for personal purchases. If you wish to purchase through your department or with payroll deduction, you must purchase it through our local store.

Please Note:
- Computers purchased from Dell will be shipped directly to the address you specify, they will not come to the UC Computer Store.
- Purchasing a warranty from Dell will increase the discount provided by Dell.
- Dell calls the accidental warranty for their laptops Complete Care.
- We recommend not adding Office to your purchase if you choose to order from Dell's site as we have a Student Select version of Office 2007 Professional available for $75, which is much cheaper than what Dell charges for the equivalent software package.
